Ordered flowers never received was lied to instead of delivery was attempted was told they were going to contact her had contacted my daughter. She had not received any message. She lives in a nice high-end apartment with a man security desk that receives flowers all the time horrible experience.

They should have been left with the front desk, and we regret the delivery driver mix-up. While we were able to deliver them later and issued a full refund, we know it didn't make up for the moment you were hoping to celebrate but hope your daughter still can enjoy the flowers.
